James I have some documents you need to look over for a press release about the first exposure. Namely for those that are at risk so that should something happen there are means to cover our asses and less paperwork for you.

I have good and bad news for you I'll start with the bad.
First Lester has my father convinced I need to be away from the action for awhile. I'll do what I can from the ARC lab though and you know I'm a phone call away if you get into trouble.
Pippa Lester has stolen a good bit of our documentation from the original model you wanted me to build on the computer for you to analyze. James has the ARC teams looking for her to arrest and take them back. I will also have Captain Becker be made aware that anyone inside your facility is to be searched thoroughly before they leave to prevent this in the future.
However I looked over that data you wanted me to from your last anomaly study and I have very good news. You were much closer to the expected date than you have been in the past. The evidence I have suggests that if you make a few small adjustments in your calculations you should be able to find the exact date you are looking for very soon. I have emailed a copy of what I think needs adjusted and you can go from there.

Pippa Lester has stolen some of our files. The ARC is looking for her but we need to ensure that this doesn't happen again. Have your team search anyone inside our facility that is involved with the ARC just to be certain. We can't afford anymore losses.

Claudia because this is bigger than just each of our teams I'm having something written up now that will inform the public that there is a possible outbreak happening thanks to a lab experiment gone wrong with one of the old Burton facilities. I have connections that will make this plausible and that anyone exhibiting signs and symptoms of the illness should contact our offices so that we can send a team to handle it before it gets to the point where it can spread.
I'll have it sent to your office when we're done for your touches to it so it can be released if there is an incident where the public becomes compromised.
Connor do you have any further information about those predators?

This and this should work. We also have the other one but we didn't have time to photograph it. We used enough tranquilizer it'll be out for days but if you need more I'll station five shooters around you so the moment it even breathes off it'll be shot again.

Connor--I quit. I'll tell my father myself and he'll assign you someone better for the job. James Jr and I are going to be leaving the area for awhile. I have some connections for a job as far from London as I can get.
I can't do it anymore.

Connor did you discover anything different about the predator? It's important that we understand what's changing about them. This could be a dangerous thing if the morphology has changed between now and when you last faced them.
My father has given you written permission to study creatures that you kill through anomalies so you can develop better ways to protect society. I have also gotten you VERY limited access to studying the anomalies by creating them yourself to figure out how they come about and what could be changing.
Please stop fighting with Claudia and giving her more reason to have you arrested and committed. I can do what I do best, but there is only so much I can do to repair a tattered reputation when she makes you seem mental. Try and remember I'm good but I'm not a god.

Keep your staff under control. I don't want to have to ruin the ARC, I love you and I think you perform a valuable service to society but I will not have your workers creating a nightmare of paperwork for me. If I have to James, I will make you do more paperwork than I am just to spite you.
Which reminds me, we have dinner with daddy tonight don't forget. We'll have to get James right after work.

We've got a problem if there are predators on the loose. While I don't believe it's a good idea to share everything, I do think perhaps we should at least--share some information since both of our teams were involved in the incident.

Connor I did pull some strings with the Minister and he has agreed to adding a menagerie to your operation. He thinks it will help with some of the upcoming things he'd like you to look into. I also was able to get you a small team inside of the ARO lab and a few to go into the field with you, is that acceptable?

You will be given a break, you've been working too hard lately. I've already cleared it with my father, you have a full week to two weeks of freedom. The ARC will be handling preliminary investigation into the anomaly and once you're back you will be given a new assignment that my father wants you to work on involving--creatures.

Why is it I can't go home for one night with my son and husband without having messages all over my phone about chaos going on between the ARC team and the ARO members?
Connor dear did you forget to mention something this morning when I called you? Hmm? Perhaps something involving the ARC team member for which you were FIRED? What have I told you about this before? I swear I've seen Becker say the same thing. You're mixing work and pleasure and you know what happened last time...dont' even bring up my situation I will get you decaf if you do.
James we have a meeting this morning, I expect you'll want an explanation on the anomaly? I'll bring the data that Connor allows me to share as always.

James why is your team interfering in another ARO investigation? Do I have to call my father and tell him your team isn't playing nice? I don't want to but you know my father wants Connor involved whether the ARC agrees or not.
On top of it Connor is acting off, did one of your team talk to him recently? Tell me you're keeping Abby and Stephen in line?
